For over thirty years, Mr. Stahl has used his Leadership, Planning, Marketing, Staffing, and Business Development skills to facilitate and manage successful companies doing business with the Federal Government. Mr. Stahl serves as the CEO of G4i Staffing Support, Inc., an outsourced marketing and business development company that works with government contractors who want to be contractors to the Federal Government.
He manages G4i’s core team of professional managers, a team which is comprised of specialists that have more than 20+ years of experience in government contracting, both in growing businesses and winning federal contracts.
Mr. Stahl's experience includes Marketing, Business Development, and Innovative Design and Development of technology and Software SFA/CRM systems. These performance-based, management systems focus on process tracking and performance of Marketing, B.D., Capture Management, Proposal Management, and the recruiting lifecycle that includes transition and project management.

In 1998, Mr. Stahl served as the Co-Founder and Chief Architect of epipeline® an opportunity intelligence research firm, and again in 2003, Mr. Stahl founded and served as CEO of Synchris, Inc. the company and developers who created Privia® CRM, an enterprise software and capture-management process tool. Finally, he served on the board of APMP in 2005 and received a Certificate of Appreciation from APMP NCA Chapter for his role. Mr. Stahl then traveled outside the USA working on Public Private Partnerships, Privatizations, and private interests, before creating G4i in 2006. Mr. Stahl is a pioneer and entrepreneur in the re-engineering and improvement process areas of: Marketing, Business Development, Capture, Proposal Management and Recruiting.
